This page enables Tenant access to logon to the RSMS.
The system will be available for production use on 1st November 2007.
Tenants will be able to do the following functions:
- Change their personal details
- Will be notified automatically of Inspections and end of Lease
- Maintenance
- Add Work orders for maintenance problems e.g. The roof is leaking and needs to be repaired
- Rate the Maintenance Contractor
Tenants will be able to access the following reports:
- Financial
- Monthly Statements
- Maintenance
- Work Order listing per property giving action and status
