This page enables Landlords access to log on to the RSMS.
The system will be available for use on 1st November 2007.
Landlords will be able to do the following functions:
- Manage the financial aspect of the property portfolio
- Will be notified automatically of Inspections and end of Lease
- Maintenance
- Approve Maintenance Quotes
- Add Work orders for planned maintenance e.g. Paint after tenant leaves
- Rate the Maintenance Contractor
- Property
- Add/Change monthly expenses to be paid
- Financial
- Monthly Statements
- Income Statement and Balance Sheet
- Maintenance
- Work Order listing per property giving action and status
- Quotes
- Property
- List of Properties and their status and history
